Wedding Day Co-ordinator
There is so much to organise in the lead up to your wedding and on the big day. When you are working and life is busy, these can become overwhelming! Time Genie can assist you by taking on the role of wedding day co-ordinator. Our goal is to ensure everything runs smoothly and we take care of the details you worked so hard to plan.
Before the big day:
- researching photographers, entertainment, florists, catering, transport options that will fit your budget
- hiring/booking above
- researching and booking accommodation for out of town guests
- resourcing anything you need such as extra chairs, glasses, lighting, sound systems.
On the day:
- over-seeing deliveries
- collecting flowers, the cake, hire equipment, balloons
- managing the set up and clean up
- rehearsal and ceremony assistance
- Any special tasks needed at the reception.
